Is anyone else shocked at how quick this year is going?!? I honestly can’t believe it’s April already, and we’ve been in Australia for almost 3 months.
Seeing all the content around spring starting, a new fashion season and people starting to talk about holidays feels a little strange. We’re down here embracing autumn and colder mornings.

March was the end of summer for us, and we fully embraced it- from discovering stunning running routes that take our breath away (in more ways than one!) to indulging in hot cross bun croissants as post-run treats. Because let’s be real, what’s a run without a little reward at the end, right?

Hello April

Heading into April, we’re gearing up for a slightly quieter month – but there are still plenty of new routes to find and bakeries with endless pastries waiting to be savoured post-run. It’s all about balance, after all! My focus in April is all on fine-tuning my routines and pushing myself just a little bit further, all in preparation for the Ballarat half marathon at the end of the month.

In other news, this April is apparently a very powerful month for manifesting, and my routines will definitely be focused not only on speed, hydration and nutrition but on self-love, aligned behaviour and a lot of inner work and healing.

So, lace up your shoes, grab a snack (or two), and let’s tackle April. Remember, self-love is not just about pampering ourselves but also about pushing our limits, embracing our strength, and celebrating every step of the journey.
